Where in Stockholm do you offer free delivery?
We offer free delivery in Stockholm city and surrounding areas. For more detailed information, check out our Shipping Policy.
Do you deliver to other areas around Stockholm?
Yes, we deliver to other areas around Stockholm for an additional cost starting at 300kr. For more detailed information, check out our Shipping Policy.
How do I book a delivery?
You book your delivery at the same time as you check out and purchase the item in the webshop. To do this, choose the option "Local Delivery":
What if I need help carrying the piece inside my home?
Standard delivery is to the pavement. If you need assistance carrying the piece inside your home, please notify us when placing your order by filling in the field "Add delivery instructions".
Can I pick up my item myself?
Yes, pickups are done at our workshop in Solna (Fabriksvägen 2). You book your pickup at the same time as you check out and purchase the item in the webshop. To do this, choose the option "Store Pickup":
Shipping
Do you offer shipping within other parts of Sweden or abroad?
We do not offer shipping within other parts of Sweden or abroad yet. However, you can contact us to check if there are any available options.
Withdrawals and Returns
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We do not accept "change of mind" refunds. All items are sold as-is.
How long do I have to return an item that I bought online if I’m not satisfied?
You have 14 days from the day you receive the item to exercise your right of withdrawal. The item must be returned in the same condition, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Are there exceptions to the right of withdrawal?
Yes, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products, services that have been fully completed, or if the 14-day withdrawal period has expired.
What should I do if the product is damaged upon arrival?
Contact us immediately at hello@lamoblerie.com, no later than 24 hours after delivery, to report the damage. Please include your full name, address, email, order number, and the name of the goods in question.
Used Goods
Are all items sold at La Möblerie second-hand?
Yes, all furniture is vintage or second-hand. Please carefully read the item description and view the pictures for condition information.
What is the warranty period for lighting and technical equipment?
We guarantee functionality for 7 days after the item is picked up. After that, the warranty and the right to claim expire.
Prices and Payment
Are prices on your website inclusive of VAT?
Yes, all prices are in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include VAT (unless otherwise specified). Note that so called margin scheme (vinstmarginalbeskattning) is applied on second-hand items.
Can the prices change after I place an order?
Prices may change due to supplier changes or inaccuracies. However, the price at the time of your order is what you will be charged.
Workshop Purchases
Are purchases made at the workshop refundable?
No, all purchases made at the workshop are non-refundable. However, if there is a structural issue, we will find a solution to ensure the piece fulfills its purpose.
Can I exchange an item bought at the workshop?
In some cases, we may allow an exchange within 7 days of purchase. Please let us know at the time of purchase if you would like this option.
Colors and Images
Are the colors in the photos accurate?
We try to show the colors as accurately as possible, but colors may vary depending on your monitor's settings.
