IMPORTANT: By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms and conditions below.

Shortly after your order is placed, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation of your purchase.

2.1 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the “Distansköplagen” or “Distance Shopping Act,” you, as a customer, have a 14-day right of withdrawal after receiving your item. If you feel that your ordered product does not meet your expectations, is damaged, or has another error, contact us as soon as possible. The message must be sent to us at hello@lamoblerie.com and should include:

Your full name

Your address

Your email address

The order number

The name of the goods the return applies to

The easiest way is to forward the email you received with the order confirmation, as it contains all the necessary information.

To return the item, it must be in the same condition as it was before shipping and packed and sent in the same packaging as it arrived in. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any insurance. Refunds are made when the item is returned in the same condition as it was when it arrived and within 7 days after the item arrives at the workshop.

From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the product's original value if the product is used or damaged.

THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL DOES NOT APPLY:

In the case of a custom-made product that has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

For services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service without a right of withdrawal.

If you have not used your right of withdrawal within 14 days.

USED GOODS
All furniture sold at La Möblerie is vintage and/or second-hand. Please read the description of the item carefully and look at the pictures for condition information. When we examine the condition of the item, we take into account previous damage, restorations, wear, etc., and how this affects the object as a whole.​

When purchasing lighting or other technical equipment, La Möblerie guarantees functionality when the item is purchased and picked up. We then guarantee the function for seven days after the item is picked up. After that, the warranty and the right to claim expire, as it is impossible to know the condition of wires and the like in technical devices. La Möblerie cannot guarantee the safety of lighting products, and we always recommend that the buyer themselves, or in consultation with a professional, inspect the product before use.

COLORS
We try to show the colors of the pieces as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the colors shown in pictures exactly reflect the colors of the goods in reality. How the color is reproduced depends on your computer and monitor settings.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event that shipping/delivery is delayed due to unforeseen events beyond the company's control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other influences that fall under "Force Majeure," we do not take responsibility for the possible consequences. Regardless, we will do our best to assist with the best possible help in such a situation.

PRICES
All prices on our website are in SEK (Swedish kronor) and include VAT (unless otherwise specified). Note that so called margin scheme (vinstmarginalbeskattning) is applied on second-hand items.

We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from suppliers, misprints in the price list, or inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.

RETURNS
All of our vintage and second-hand items are sold as-is. They are previously owned, and like all of us, they will have some imperfections. We try to reflect these as best we can in our images and descriptions. We inspect all products before they are sent to you. All goods are used and have traces of use. Should the product be damaged when it arrives to you, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge. You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered, no later than 24 hours after delivery is completed.​

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions, require more images, or wish to make an appointment to view the item in person.

If we have missed stating anything major in the description or pictures (for example, major structural damage to the item that prohibits the item from fulfilling its original purpose) and as a result, you wish to return the item, we offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Please be aware that the cost of transportation or any insurance related to the return of a piece will be at the client's expense. We can offer pick-up from 300kr.

Please take the time to inspect the images and read the description of the item. We do not accept "change of mind" refunds. They are sold as-is.

If the furniture has been customized (e.g., you requested a specific finish, paint, etc.), the item cannot be refunded. The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or otherwise adapted products.

IMPORTANT!
ALL purchases made at the workshop are non-refundable.
Purchases made at the workshop are prioritized. If the item you purchased online has already been sold, you will be contacted by us. In case of any issues with the piece you bought in-store, you can contact us via email at hello@lamoblerie.com. However, the purchase is non-refundable. Every item is previously owned and has some imperfections. If it has structural damage, we will find a solution to ensure the furniture piece fulfills its purpose.

In some cases of in-store purchases, we can allow you to exchange your item for another one. However, you must inform us when purchasing at the workshop. You then have 7 days from the purchase date to exchange the piece. If there is damage to the item, the customer will be charged extra for the damage."
