Details This vintage roll-top secretary desk offers a smart storage solution with timeless design. The top section reveals multiple open compartments and a small drawer, while the pull-out writing surface adds functionality without taking up extra space. Below, three drawers with sculpted recessed handles provide generous storage. Tapered legs give the piece an elegant, elevated look.
Condition Very good vintage condition with light signs of use. A few small pieces of veneer are missing on the top back edge, but they are not obvious—see photos for details. The original key is included and fits the roll-top lock, but the lock mechanism is no longer functional.
Why we love it Apart from being one of the coolest pieces thanks to its practicality and design, this desk has had only two owners. When the second owner bought it, she discovered old photographs left behind in one of the drawers. Believing they belonged with the piece, she kept them tucked inside for over ten years—and they’ll remain there as it finds its next home.
